Dubai Basketball secured a historic place in the 2025/26 ABA League Finals after delivering a commanding 103-77 victory over Budućnost VOLI in Game 3 of the Semi-Finals.
The Dubai-based side produced a complete performance on both ends of the floor, controlling the game from the opening minutes and showcasing the consistency and intensity that have defined their impressive campaign.
Dubai Basketball opened the contest strongly, taking the first quarter 25-18 before extending their advantage in the second period with a 29-21 run to head into halftime with full momentum.
The team maintained its dominance throughout the second half, winning the third quarter 24-19 and closing out the game with another 25-19 performance in the final quarter, sealing a convincing 26-point victory and confirming their qualification to the Finals.
The achievement marks another major milestone for Dubai Basketball, who are competing in only their second ABA League season. In a remarkably short period, the club has established itself as one of the competition’s strongest contenders and now stands one step away from claiming its first-ever ABA League title.
Dubai Basketball will now face Serbian powerhouse Partizan in a Best-of-Five Finals series, with the championship trophy on the line.
After finishing first in the Top 8 stage of the competition, Dubai Basketball earned home-court advantage for the Finals, meaning Games 1, 2 and, if necessary, Game 5 will be played in Dubai.
