Muscat, Oman – The Oman Golf Association (OGA) is proud to announce the appointment of Jonathan Bartlett as the new Head Coach and Program Director of the Oman Golf Association and the National Teams.
The appointment was made official in the presence of Vice Chairman Faiz Raiz, Board Member Nikhil Sampat, and Secretary General Ahmed Al Jhedhami, marking a significant step in OGA’s commitment to strengthening the future of golf in the Sultanate.
Jonathan brings with him a wealth of international coaching and player development experience, with a proven track record in nurturing young talent and preparing athletes for high-level competition. As both Head Coach and Program Director, he will not only oversee the development of Oman’s junior and senior national teams but also design and implement long-term training programs to elevate performance standards, build sustainable player pathways, and ensure Omani golfers are well-represented on both regional and international stages.
Speaking on his appointment, Jonathan expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm:
